Since I'm not the most technically adept person, I was a little concerned about using the Kindle. However, it's extremely simple and intuitive to use. I also find that I can actually read more quickly - there's something about how the pages are laid out that makes them more conducive to reading.All in all, I'm thrilled - especially with the fact that (since I'm also challenged for space) I can read a book and then decide if I want to buy a hard-copy - no more need to purchase a costly hardcover book just to find out that I'll never want to read it again.
